About the Event
Little Learners Family Festival, a community-centered event designed to increase access to early care and education, provide early intervention services, and offer culturally affirming support to families in Best Start Region 2. This interactive and educational festival will serve children prenatal through age five and their families, equipping them with tools and resources for lifelong learning and success. Some of the activities will be as follows:
Interactive Learning Stations will allow hands-on experiences including early literacy, STEM exploration, and sensory play to foster school readiness.
Parent Workshops: Guidance on developing reading habits, supporting cognitive development, and transitioning into preschool.
Community Resource Booths: Connecting families to early childhood education programs, childcare services, and preschool enrollment support.
