Volunteer Interview Process Overview – Let’s Get Ready! Thank you for your interest in serving with Children Striving Together! We're excited to move forward with the next step, interviews! This is your opportunity to share more about yourself, learn about our programs, and ensure the role is a great fit for both you and CST. During the interview, we’ll: -Learn about your background, interests, and availability -Discuss the specific volunteer(s) role you’ve applied for -Go over expectations, responsibilities, and commitment levels -Answer any questions you have about CST and our mission After interviews, selected volunteers will receive next steps for onboarding, including signing volunteer agreements and forms, completing a background check, and attending orientation. We're excited to get to know you and can’t wait to see how you’ll contribute to helping our youth thrive!
